- Incorrect details entered by the donor
- Technical failures beyond our control
5. Tax Benefit
Where applicable, donation receipts and tax exemption certificates shall be issued as per prevailing Indian laws and institutional eligibility.
Submission of correct donor details including PAN is required.
6. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect transaction amount due to technical error
- Unauthorized transaction verified by the donor
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction along with transaction proof.
Approval of refunds shall be solely at the discretion of Rajkot Cancer Society.
